St. Peter's Church is very beautiful as many historic churches are but we really enjoyed climbing to the top to get a view of the city. The climb is steep and many stories high but once at the top you can walk around the outside...More

A beautiful church. I was totally amazed with the magnificence of the churches in Europe. The history was very interesting. We had a young Bavarian girl show us through the church

It is more beautiful inside that what you see from outside (white and plain walls). Moving and warm atmosphere, specially in christmas time. Being a catholic church, it is free to visit it, except the tower. Ascending to the top of the tower costs 3...More

The church is beautiful if you like that sort of thing, but the tower is the real attraction I guess. It’s a hard climb to the top but the views are magnificent.

It seems to be the thing to do to walk to the top of the church for $3 euros. Why not? It's a nice view of the area.

Again somewhat underwhelming and if you are with teenagers their interest has waned by the umpteenth church. There are so many.

If you can climb to the top of St Peter's, I would highly recommend it. The view is amazing and gives you a wonderful overview of the city of Munich.

One of the best views of Munich is climbing to the top of St Peter's. If you can time it during the running of the Glockenspiel in Marienplatz, even better. The inside of the church is amazing.

Absolutely amazing. Even for a Buddhist like me the atmosphere inside was so peaceful. You can sense the history in every detail inside. The outside was a bit unprepossessing but well worth a look inside
