The cable car is 90 years old and is historical. I suppose with the German safely standard, they are very safe. The views are great and there are different easy walks. There is a restaurant next to the station and another 15 minutes easy walk....More

It is an old cablecar the locals call it the Grand Dame of the Alps.A bit pricy but worth going up there.The view is amazing

We were a group of 65 persons, all retired from a classification society also checking the the strength of cableways. This made it more easy to relax on the way up. Fantastic view and the nature was stunning.

Hello, you can use the bus Nr. 841 from Berchtesgaden till the busstation "Tiroler Tor". Now you have a walk about 5 minutes to the cable car. Follow the red signs with "Predigtstuhlbahn". See you Predigtstuhlbahn.
