Two Funicular Cars each run in opposite directions while passing on separate tracks in the middle, as one goes up the hill, the other comes down the hill. We used our Stuttgart All-City Card for free access. The trip is 3 minutes each way. The...More

Not sure what the attraction is here, we took the journey up the hill which took literally less than 5 minutes. No view of Stuttgart from the top. We walked back down to save ourselves waiting for the next train in 20 minutes. Definitely not...More

Beautiful funicular. Not a long ride but it has been lovingly restored. Shame there isn't a cafe or something at the top but if you're in the area worth a trip up and back.

We took the Seilbahn as part of the "Blaustrümpfler" Hike. Nice break and nice athmosphere. On weekends it can get quite full though and they only run every 20 minutes or so. It takes you up to a graveyard in the forest

I was surprised to find that my train ticket from the city allowed me to take this cable car fit no additional cost. The trip up was fun, there are some forest walks at the top, as week as a cemetery. Mostly I went for...More
