The tour booked through tourist information didn’t happen due to confusing instructions from the tourist office. They say they are refunding the cost. We self toured you can visit level 3, 4 & 9. 9 being the roof terrace. Great building and views of coast...More

It is free and open. It's a building that people live and work in. Go to the entrance underneath the centre of the building and sign the visitor book. You can go to floors 3, 4 and the roof.
