Their philosophy is to show you wines from different terror, without telling you the maker, so you appreciate the region but don't learn about winemakers. The girl helping us was quite knowledgeable and helpful. An easy way to get into the wines.

A most knowledgeable female took us through a tasting of wine from each of the 5 appellations of the region. It was a fabulous learning experience and a must do to learn about this area
