Two couples touring Provence came to see the amphitheater and bought the combo tickets, which gave entry to this site. We saw remnants of columns and bases stacked around, sat in seating which remains, one danced on the current stage, imagined how it must have...More

Not one of the better Roman sites but worth a look if you are in the town. When we were there it was largely a play ground for a lot of kids but it's good that access to the site is not too restricted.

If you have bought a ticket to the Arena it is worth poking your head into the remains of the Theatre Antique. It won’t take you long as there isn’t much to it but it is a lovely calm space in the off season. If...More

Only a few parts of this once grand structure remain. Much of the seating area still exists but not much else.

This really is worth a visit. You can see what it must have been like in the Romans time. While the stage wall is not there like it is in Orange, France it still makes fascinating history.

Here’s another place you need to pay to enter but honestly, save your money. We saw so much from just walking around. Good to see so much preserved.

... not sure what they put on here but another amazing venue for a show or even just a wander around the well preserved remains ...

Worth a visit, but there are better preserved theaters. It’s a shame so much stone was ‘mined’ by the town.. look around you can easily see it in the surrounding buildings.. worth a look if you are in town for the amphitheater
