We've done several cooking classes and are often disappointed; not with this class. The chef did an excellent job. Ingredients were prepped, instruction was clear and the chef did a great job of keeping things organized while still providing great hands-on instruction. Very impressed.

Fun class and delicious pastries! Very dynamic chef, and small class made for lots of individual attention.
