We had a very great time diving with Anda Scuba Diving. Walking along the beach the day before, we just went in and asked about vacancy for a dive on the next morning. Getting there the next day, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. During our briefing, we were also told, that the dive school works on coral propagation, which we really liked.
The Dive Spot „One Peace“ that we went to was absolutely stunning. We saw turtles, so many colorful fishes, a lionfish, a morray.. and the reef itself with all the hard and soft corals was equally beautiful.
Our dive instructor was very nice and made us feel absolutely safe. She was French but spoke very good English. Throughout our dive, she spotted interesting sealife and pointed it out for us, so that we could get a good look, and she even took an underwater picture of us with the camera, that we had brought.
All in all, this definitely was a one of our best dives so far. Thank you!

What can I say , my wife and I did around 30 dives each with this excellent dive company in May 2022 and cannot speak highly enough of everyone concerned. Thank you so much to Hubert the owner, Zac and Elsa who taught us so much and to Thomas the boat captain who could not have been more helpful. At all times we felt safe and well informed and I would not hesitate to recommend Anda Scuba Diving to all levels of divers ! We hope we have the opportunity to return in the not too distant future.

First time diving in Anda. Arrived for our dives at around 7:30 AM and was met by Zack and his wife and were immediately made to feel welcomed. While my son and I prepared for our first dive, Zack’s wife Elise entertained my wife and sister-in-law. Zack is very knowledgeable about the diving in Anda and explained what we could expect to see during the dive. Our first two dives were awesome with Zack pointing out the various life on the reef. After the dives he sat down and helped us fill out our logs, reminding us of what we saw. This is just the first day of many to come diving with Anda Scuba Diving. More adventures to follow.

I dove with Anda Scuba Diving for 6 days straight, stayed at the Resort, and ate all my meals there. No need to venture outside of this little place of paradise really.
I was first in email communication with Hubert the owner of the dive shop and received very timely answers which wasn't always the case with the dive shops I contacted. When I got there, I was greeted by Zach and his wife Elsa who are managing the dive shop. They make you feel at home right away. I was extremely pleased about their view of safe diving and their enthusiasm for convervation of the sea.
What can I say other than this was truly a great diving experience. Anda is (still) a hidden gem when it comes to diving. We were always the only divers around and as Zach is also an avid photographer it was very nice to dive with them as they were accommodating to the non-photographers as well, so I didn't feel rushed.
All the dive sites are fairly wild, meaning underwater life isn't really used to divers and is shy which holds (at least for me) an extra level of attraction. The underwater life was rich and turtle lovers will see plenty of them on every dive.
All in all, I can only recommend diving with Anda Scuba Diving. They will take very good care of you and will make your experience a really pleasant one.
If you think about going to dive in the south, think again and take the drive up north to Anda instead it's definitely worth it and at least for me was a 200% better experience both diving and dive operation-wise.

Diving for seven years around the Philippines, I've gotten used to most dive shops--they are almost always wet, dark, dingy, and cemented. It's not usually a big deal since the adventure happens underwater, anyway. Anda Scuba Diving bucks all norms as it's roomy, well-designed, and immaculately clean; owner Hubert proudly calls it the "Apple store of dive shops," which it certainly is.
Beyond aesthetics, it's the professional service that sets it apart. Dive Instructor Zach is very knowledgable (can identify marine life in Latin, even!), obsessed with safety and protocol, and very capable above and underwater. You always feel safe when diving with him and you can learn a thing (or 12) from him.
This shop is committed to Green Fins and while the beach and water are generally clean, every dive is an opportunity for the ASD staff and its divers to pick up any debris (Zach will repeatedly jump in the water to retrieve a plastic bag).
Come for the superb service and stay for the fantastic marine life.

Hubert was the absolute guide and gentleman. He accommodated all our diving needs, even doing a dive course for my friend. The diving in Anda is superb, many different species of fish and nudibranch. We saw all we expected and much more. We intended diving 6 dives and did 11. Certainly, a well-run enterprise with an excellent guide. I thoroughly recommend Hubert and his team. Small groups, reefs 5 mins only in the boat and all your gear carried and fitted. We never felt rushed or pushed. A wonderful experience and such warm water.

Best run dive shop I’ve been to. We did two day dives and our first night dive. The owner, Humberto, and dive master, Olivier, made us feel confident and safe. The equipment is new and well maintained (no rips in the wetsuits or worn out BCDs like I’ve seen at other places). We got a thorough briefing before each dive and an extensive debrief with computer data and reef wildlife books. The reefs are just minutes from the shop (so you can return to land between dives) and are teeming with life. We saw a dozen turtles, shrimp, scorpion fish and even two octopus! A highly recommended experience.

Excellent couple of days diving at Anda. The dive centre is inside the island view resort hotel (which is where we were staying and did a great deal on rooms when we were diving as well). The diving center is super laid back, well organised and the team (led by Hubert) were friendly, relaxed and helpful. Things ran easily and simply. We did a series of wall dives all along the area in front of the dive center between about 8m and 32m. The boat guy Tomas, and other dive leader, Olivier, were easy going and helpful. We spotted a whole range of nudibrancs, frog fish, turtles and lots of other things as well. Did a night dive and saw lots of interesting shrimps and a massive red sea slug. All the gear worked well and things were nicely set up and planned. So all in all a good and safe place to dive and an easy 2hr 30minute drive from panglao Airport.

The best diving company in Anda!
Hubert and his team are super professional and extremely nice. They offer diving as well as snorkeling for very reasonable prices.
I did snorkeling at first which was very nice and in a great spot. Then went on to do a scuba diving session with a baptism (because I am not certified) which was absolutely great! We did first exercises to make sure that I am comfortable with all the equipment and underwater, and then went directly in a stunning spot for diving. Even if you are accompanied, you have to freedom to roam around and are also shown directly by your instructor the special fishes and animals.
I definitely recommend this place, I got an unforgettable memory from it!

I had the opportunity to do the OWD with Ophe. It was a great pleasure to learn scuba diving at this amazing place. Ophe was a very good and frendly teacher also was the owner of the diveshop (Hubert). The Diveshop was very clean and in a very good condition. The variety of corals and fishes we could see there was amazing! Thank you for this nice time we could spend there!

The diveshop is inside the resort Island View Beachfront resort. You could contact them directly to check the availability. Then we can find different resort on the same beach and cheaper accommodation in the village...

i and my boyfriend have plan vacation this coming july 16-28 ans wanted to try the scuba diving
HOW much cost for beginners scuba diving course ?
after the training can we rent the equipment and dive alone?
cost to dive with boat tour to other island and how many dives can we take?
thank you looking forward for the response

Not sure how much the class cost but since you’re new I would strongly advise not to dive without a guide. But to answer your question - once you’re are certified you can rent equipment and dive without a guide.
I’ve been diving for over 20 years and Hubert is a fantastic guide and he knows the area extremely well. You will see a lot more with an experienced guide who knows the area then going it alone or with dive buddy who doesn’t know the dive spots.

is it possible to see whale sharks in the areas that you dive?
Written March 10, 2018
Yes. There’s a spot that one comes to often - usually when it’s raining - but the odds aren’t more then 50/50.

Hi Kimby,
The snorkeling rate is 300 pesos/person if you join the dive boat, rental snorkel set is 200 pesos/person. If no dive boat you need to add extra for rent the boat, it's 600pesos.
About the scuba diving, the price depend if your certified diver or not. The fun dive (certified diver) cost 1300pesos/dive + rental equipment 600pesos/dive or 900pesos/day. The try scuba diving is a full program to discover the diving (arround 3 hours), it cost 3600 pesos (with equipment).
See you soon.
Hubert
