T'he visita to the "gros horloge" is very well documented. T'he audioguide is really worth. It is a Pitt that the clock work with a modern engine even if the old machine exists. They don't know how t'he machine was connected to the dial (incredible)....More
We didn't plan to go up ...and it was a cloudy rainy day.....we bought our ticket and it included audio guide...up we went..very good guide..kids has a blast running up and around....able to go outside at the top - great view of the historic town...More
It ‘s a beautiful site of the old town . We missed to go up the clock yesterday .. It was crowded ! Must take photos both sides of the clock and enjoy window shopping 👏👏👏

We came across randomly to this “Gros-Horloge”, just turning around a corner and it was there. My wife remembered this was part of the 10 “Mast see” in Rouen. Honestly I don’t think it make sense to visit on purpose

Included in our stroll around the city,a very busy area in the afternoon as its by the retail !, but never the less worth including. It all adds to the charm of the place,and is very close to the cathedral and tourist office.
