The gemmail is a unique form of art that it almost impossible to render in photograph, you really have to see it "live". This exhibit has truly stunning pieces (i loved the St Francis), they even had a Van Dongen, one of my favourite artists. George Braque, Jean Cocteau and many other greats loved gemmail, you will too.

very nice but very , very expensive. In deed they are very unique and off pieces. The mother and child piece I was looking at was priced at 25 thousand euros. Having asked the price, we quitely slithered out of the shop.

Wonderful images formed of illuminated glass, a wonderful art form, be sure to visit. There are quite original pieces, and other pieces that will be lively reproductions of other pieces with which you are very familiar.
