We love European markets. This less than our prior experiences but it was fun. Had lunch outside and it was perfect.

Great selection of stalls selling cheese, meats, bread, wines etc. Would be superb for buying a picnic or just stocking up the fridge. Warm friendly atmosphere, do go an see it for yourself. Open Sunday morning, with a supermarket in the basement for the basics.

Located close to the cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec museum, the market is worth at least a walk-through. On our visit there, we were happy to see groups of school children being introduced to the finer points of French cheeses, fish, nuts, etc.
