Unfortunately we did not give ourselves enough time to see all that we should have in Albi - but we did enjoy the view of the fabulous gardens

The building houses the Toulouse-Lautrec museum and some modern art. Enormous brick stone palace with courtyards and a garden. Absolutely recommended to wander around for at least one hour.

The architecture of it along with the palace is really interesting and has different looks in the morning and at sunset. Very nice to visit. Be sure to enter the gardens.

While the Palace, that houses a very comprehensive Henry Toulouse-Lautrec collection might have been the draw card for our visit, it's complimented by the Cathedral of St. Cecilia. The Palace and it's garden amidst the beauty of Albi, makes for a very very special attraction....More

I love this building, majestic, simple yet distinctive, with different levels and in top of that hosting the great Toulouse Lautrec museum. Worth the exploration and the visit

This is stunning building which has been salvaged and restored into a very interesting museum. Kudos to Albi for engaging in such an imaginative reuse as a museum for a very controversial artist (at least in his day), though he was a native son. Gardens...More
