A 5 minutes walk from the Centre Pompidou, on the way to the Cathedral. Looks more like a mixture of a church and a palace. Also looks more German than French. Some information before the visit will be useful.

Garde is nice,good location,clean,not mess,free wifi.. You have to pay for the toilett but almost everywhere.some shop in the building as well.

My family lives in Metz so this was a place we went though several times while i was in Europe. It was beautiful. The places inside to get food are very reasonably priced

We were tired when we stepped off the fairly crowded train. The beautiful Christmas light display in the forecourt of the station lifted our mood. Outside the station is a beautiful landmark. Inside it is modern and efficient.

A nice building but major upgrading talking place right behind it now due to the new shopping centre and general upgrading of the area.

the train station area is welcoming and is part of all the changes the city made years ago. Another beautiful French train station.

check out the Knights Templar chapel and areas around the river and Cathedral...........awesome
