Same issues as on the Place d'Alliance. Some of the linden trees are slowly dying. Predominantly known for the symmetry of the buildings. Link between the City Hall and the Palace of the Dukes of Lorraine.

The link between the magnificent square and the architectures of pre-emptive magistrates is an open space surrounded by beatifull trees. You can imagine how it was practiced in the 18th century for millitairy exercises.
Walked down here after a stroll in the park back to place Stanislaus. Not a large area it will take 10 mins but it is a nice place with trees and you can admire the buildings and wrought iron work from another angle before visiting...More
Beautiful parc/boulevard leading to Place Stanislas. You are sure to walk by/through it if you explore the restaurants around the Place. The trees lining the park and the statues there found make it a peaceful and quieter area, especially after visiting the adjacent plaza.
