This is the location that you will find the royal carriages collection that are real example of royal grandeur. It is away from the main attraction and I do hope that your tour includes this bit.

Don't just stay by the chateau and the gardens there, walk further into the estate and you will find more beautiful gardens and other buildings to walk round. We found it was much pleasanter the further you got as less people ventured that far. If...More

As I've stated over and over, if your not enjoying everything the grounds has to offer, you will regret it later. These are included in your admission and tours are available

These gardens are gorgeous, however, be ready for lots of walking! You also have the option of renting a golf cart, and enjoying a boat ride in the lagoon. We will definitely try those options next time we visit.

The gardens designed for Louis XIV in 1661 created the benchmark for European gardens of that century. If you love gardens you might need to allow more than one day to visit everything. Even though you can hire a golf cart, bike or even a...More

Hello, You should ask your question on the Versailles' palace page and not on the Great Stable one. Best regards, The Equestrian Academy of Versailles
