After my first trip to Paris during the week of Halloween 2019 (Oct 27-Nov 1), I automatically fell in love with the French Capital. Autistics like me intense interests on certain things, for me the monuments of the capital (Eiffel Tower) and its romantic atmosphere, is a sheer example of living with mild Autism. I signed up for an account in July 2020 just in case if I want to buy something from Paris at anytime. I really did appreciate the understanding and kindness of Sebastian (Store Owner) of my complaint of a broken, defective illuminated Eiffel Tower. He immediately sent a replacement and a complaint to the French Postal Service of why my replacement was not mailed or shipped to Canada in good time. I received my "newer" Eiffel Tower in perfect working condition. There is always a free Eiffel Tower keychain being sent in your packages, which is a plus! I plan to light it up on holidays such as Halloween, Christmas, New Years, etc. For anybody else who's enamored with Paris, this store is for you! This shop is amazing and has so many fun options for souvenirs at great prices, plus great deals for purchasing multiple items. During our trip to Paris we discovered this store to be a great place for souvenirs for us, family, and friends. After returning to the US I found a couple of months later that I needed another of the really amazing flashing LED Eiffel Towers for a special gift for my daughter. I sent an email asking about purchasing one online, and I got email from Sebastian the same day with details about making an online purchase. I got an email from Sebastian shortly after completing the online purchase to let me know the item had been shipped with information to track the shipment. I received the Eiffel Tower a little over a week well packed in perfect working order with Eiffel Tower keychain gift included. Looking forward to shopping here again when I return to Paris, but also glad to know I can purchase souvenirs online with confidence.…

I came across this store online. During our trip to Paris we bought a sweater for our son, which he lost shortly after we arrived home. He was super sad. Our son asked Santa to please give him the sweater for Christmas. I look everywhere and I couldn't find it. Until I took the chance to email a picture of the sweater to this store. Sebastian responded within minutes after I sent my email. He didn't have the sweater but he knew the vendor. From that moment on, he always stayed in touch. He ordered the sweater even before I made the order or made any payment. When he received the sweater from the vendor, he sent me an email with a picture of the exact sweater we were looking for. He mailed the sweater the same day. We received it a bit after Christmas as a especial "late" gift from Santa. Sebastian has packed the sweater in such a beautiful way that I simply moved it form the international mail enveloped to the box from "the North Pole" we have created at home. The sweater was wrapped in a beautiful Paris wrapping paper, with little tokens of Paris. All thanks to Sebastian attention to details and his generosity. I can't wait o go back to Paris and stop by to personally thank him...and buy a few presents. Thank you Sebastian!!!…
