We arranged a tour for our study abroad group. It was a wonderful day trip that many of our students cited as one of their favorite activities of our trip! We visited two farms (a poultry farm and a goat farm), the Absinthe museum, and also a place where we could pick fresh strawberries. Carole also arranged an amazing picnic lunch for our group, featuring many foods from the farms we visited. She was a wonderful guide, very passionate and knowledgeable about artisan food and farming.…
