On the day we were here, there was actually a parade of horses in Napoleonic uniforms which added to the experience. Amazing buildings!

This is a very central district in Paris, right net to the Seine. Some very famous museums, parks and buildings are located in this district and it is always filled with tourists.

Stayed in this part of town this time, and found it so central to everything!! We could walk to a lot of places, Especially liked the walk to the Tuillerie Gardens, and across the SEine to the Musee d'Orsay, and the Louvre.

Louvre / Palais-Royal
From the majestic Louvre to the regal Palais-Royal,
this neighborhood oozes luxury. The grand arches along
Rue de Rivoli are shadowed by mosaics in front of
decorated vitrines and hotels. Place Vendôme is lined
with the world’s best jewelers and their glittering
window displays. Every other establishment has someone
to open the door for you or park your car. You can
spend hours gazing at its haute couture shops or
