This was a highlight of our trip! Thierry is so knowledgable and helpful and the wine and cheese was delicious. We learnt so much about the different types of wine and the regions they are from and the cheese paired perfectly. Very highly recommended!

Excellent experience all the way around. About a 2.5 hour small group lecture and tasting that allowed the instructor to explain the connection between region, grape and French tradition. The tasting lesson was eye opening.
