This neighborhood is very upscale, full of designer shops, high-end restaurants and classy cafes, as well as very nice apartment buildings. And don't forget the history and church buildings.

This area around Les Invalides is great and usually quiet but is being spoiled by groups of men trying to sell tat. Unfortunately getting off a coach is becoming rather troublesome as they swarm towards the doors as they open.

During our visits to Paris we love to just stroll the streets and take it all in. Faubourg Saint Germain is famed for being the home of the French nobility. To this day one of the most exclusive districts of this wonderful city. For us well worth a visit.
