The Paris zoo is not the biggest zoo I have been to but it is a very good zoo. Good place to spend a few hours for the kids and makes a nice break from the Paris museums and sightseeing for them. There is a...More

Paris Zoo in bois de Vincennes is a modernized zoo. The animals all have great space, which is beautiful. However there are only a few animals to see and not only due to the winter.9

We went on a Sunday and it happened to be drizzling and there were hardly any people so we had the zoo to ourselves . Our son loved the hours we spent there and the food in the restaurants is ok. The animals seem to...More

There's a lot to see in this zoo. One can follow different paths and there are shows at specific times. There's also a large quiet space for resting and benches/tables along the different paths. The only issue is that food choices are somewhat limited and...More

The best zoopark for family I have ever seen! Animals walk where ever they want and look pretty good, healthy and strong. Interesting thing: species of one zone live in the same area. Hourly feeding is great idea, by the way!

Sad that there was no gorillas or elephants but managed to get some excellent photos of the lion pride, a bit small compared to others but very well kept. Signs need to be French and English. And the canteen was way too expensive.

I visited there with our 8 year old daughter during the half term. Not far from the centre and 10 mins walk from the nearest metro station. Compact and well organised for visitors to walk through but spacious for animals. We were well impressed and...More

I visited Paris zoo in 2004 and it was run-down and overall an unpleasant experience. I believe that it shut for a number of years but the present version is really superb. It is not big but adopting a relaxed pace you can still spend...More

The last time I visited this Zoo was several years ago before the upgrade. What a huge difference it has made! We spent several hours here working our way around the enclosures. Two things I would personally improve on... update the signs to include more...More

Fantastic zoo and amazing value for money. Went on a whim for something to do and me and the other half loved it. We sat watching the baboons play for a good 45 mins. It seems the zoo gets busier late afternoon but was easy...More

I don't think there are lockers to store items at the zoo (I didn't see any). What I suggest is to go to the hotel & drop your stuff off at the concierge's area for storage until your room is ready for check in at the that... More

I would check the website. In the summer it is open until 8PM, but since there has been a lot of political unrest and protests, I would check the website for any imminent closings. I doubt the protesters would be defacing... More
