Was nice to walk down here but its just a big street full of over priced restaurants & shops. Think enjoy it if Tour was on other than that nothing. Does look nice when looking up from bottom to top. So still worth doing it.

Just walk on the street, walk over the bridge, soak in the vibes of the beautiful city. watch the wheel, the obelisk and the Sienne river.

I don’t know for sure, we were on the champs elysee for the Tour de France final on a Sunday from about 9:30 am and everything was open
