this is the first time we saw the Champs elysees closed, it was so sad, but Always wonderful to be there, we walked from the Champs elysees to the Eifel Tower and to notre Dame and Chatelet and centre Pompidou Before taking a bus to the Poseidon and walk back to boulevard Saint Marcel. hope this pandemic ends soon so we can enjoy Paris like Before next time we are there…

From Arc de Triomphe to Louvre, this street can be mentioned as the busiest and also the prettiest site in Paris especially on Christmas. With Cafes and shops along the street, building the great atmosphere to wander around.

this is a shoppers paradise from Louis Vuitton to Lafayette and any french brand comes to your mind has a store here. i loved a dinner in Lido and it was worth every penny.

Walking the Champs-Élysées is a tourist box checking exercise. You do it just to say you did it. Get a great photo of the Arc de Triomphe and then do something interesting. The street is filled with overpriced cafes, shopping chains, vagrants, and raucous teens. Do you really need to go all the way to Paris to visit the Apple store or Sephora? Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to find the street entirely blocked off due to protests. There is one good time to visit and that is the first Sunday of every month when the street is closed to vehicle traffic. Crowds can spread out into the street and have a lovely stroll. Definitely go if you are here on a first Sunday.…
