On May 9th 2018 .. Around 6:30 PM ... YES.. 6:30 PM we were told no more buses for the day. I had to take taxi to get back to Effiel Tower. NOT to mention.. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THEIR OFFICE PHONES EITHER !!!!

We took a bus to Paris. But I would recommend the tube/metro. That leaves from the airport. A taxi I think would be very expensive to downtown Paris

Yes you can, we bought ours from the stop near the Eiffel Tower but you can get it from any of the main attractions.
