Everything about the Opera house is stunning. From the grand staircase to the many halls. The audio guide we purchased was very informative and well worth the price. The museum pass DOES NOT work here, but the price is very reasonable.

This opera house is a must see. The design of the building and the decor are amazing. Besides...you would not want to disappoint the phantom!

The place is just magnificent! The tour was not long (1 hour), but so interesting. The guide was super sweet. A must for music lovers, and very recommended in general.

What a magnificent building to visit. It is beautiful on the outside and inside. If you are four people or more ask at the counter for the family discount.

modern day workers continue to take advantage of the
legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th
century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and
cinemas sit side by side with French bistros

No. You can simply walk up and buy your ticket same day. We bought our tickets about 10:15 for the 11 A.M. English guided tour.

I would agree with the other response. In fact, I visited the ópera twice and I did not see a significant number of people in line for show tickets (as opposed to the tickets to visit the building) so my guess is that in... More
