We went during Lo season mid March. Entrance was easy to navigate. The Mona Lisa area was very crowded. The Venus statue was also. Many painting of all artists. My art appreciation skills are limited. Beautiful building but I was suffering from Art overload!

The art and sculptures are endless in this glorious museum. We followed the Rick Steeves App and listened to the audio - it was perfect for us not wanting to spend all day in this museum!

I definitely enjoyed both visits to the Louvre this time around, with the second trip covering most of the remaining portions of the musuem. The paintings and sculptures are simply unbelievable in their vastness and scope. This is a must visit place!
