Paris must see —- Walked around for 4 hours and saw only a small percentage of the museum. A lot of small stairs and big stairs. Not easy on the knees and feet. Many walk ways and rooms. VERY easy to walk around in circles...More

As others have said, it lights up at sunset. So when I was there in July, it was after 9:30pm. As the seasons change, it will be earlier.

There are 400 rooms... If you spend 8 hours there and don't do anything else than visiting you will have approximately 1 minute per room.
