Don't expect to visit the entire museum.in one day... Or even 2! Such a wonderful collection! Plan your visit by deciding in advance what pieces or movement you want to see! The Mona Lisa room gets extremely busy so I suggest you arrive early and...More

Luckily this was not my first trip to the Louvre. We bought skip-the-line tickets and planned our visit for 9:30 am New Year's Eve thinking the museum would be less crowded. We could not have been more wrong! There were four of us, two teen...More

Worth at least half a day, even if you are only intetested in a couple of exhibits. It is B.I.G. The paintings by the Italian, French and Spanish masters in particular are spectacular.

Mona Lisa was tiny... and although this is out of our hands we were very disappointed! They had an enormous room dedicated to her and yet she was no bigger than an A6 piece of paper. We also felt that the museum is quite unorganized...More

I'm not obviously discussing the contents of the museum which are undoubtedly masterpieces from all over the world but the exhibitions are really outdated and nearly boring. Every piece of art is just hanged on a wall without any effort to make it shine. Apparently...More

You would have to ask the museum itself what artworks are included on this tour. The collection is enormous.
