When we wanted to go to the centre of Paris we took this tram as there is a stop just a few minutes walk from our hotel. It is very good transportation.

Great way to see the outskirts of the city lots of parks and architecture, lots of new stuff being built. Very smooth ride. Note that it can get very crowded.
