As a Japanese, we import most of the cheese from Euro. Some special cheese it is not possible to taste in Japan. I had special cheese and it was really good. If you go to Paris you should have experience cheese work shop.

Ashley took us on a very informative tour of the French cheese making regions. I enjoyed filling in the little book with all her information, and seeing where they age their cheeses and how. The cheeses were delicious and generous portions..(don't eat before you go).
