If you are on the hill close to Sacre Coeur then do not miss the white little train. You will relax by siting and enjoying the atmosphere though going up and down Montmartre, its famous vinyard, the places where the famous painters lived or created...More

We picked this up right outside the Sacre Coeur, didn't book and it cost 6 euro for adults. We must have been on for about 35 mins but we went all around Montmartre with lots of history in the audio description. Really enjoyed it!

Great trip around Montmartre on the mini train. Ours was included in the Paris pass ticket. Make sure you ask for the Paris pass train as there is another which will cost 6 euros and the man with that train is not very helpful and...More

I've been to Montmartre quite a few times, but this was my first time visiting with my five year old son. Quite a few people recommended taking the little train up the hill, so I thought I'd give it a try. In my opinion, it's...More

We waited for a full hour in blazing hot sunshine. Others who gave up before us had been there even longer. As you can clearly see from our photo, it supposedly runs until late in June, but clearly doesn't. Hot, hungry and annoyed. No answer...More

This is one of the best things in Paris. Take the little train through the streets on Montmartre, and up to Sacre Coeur. Shop, eat, and enjoy the view. Then take the train back down, and visit the Moulin Rouge.

Quite a nice way to travel round this bit of Paris and save walking up the hill again and a pleasant way to use up an hour or so.

I have usually walked up to Sacre Coeur but this time used the train - what an excellent way to travel. We booked the ticket which gives you the date but leaves it to you to decide what time you want to depart, from Place...More

This was a pleasant ride around the streets of Montmartre but it really could have done with commentary. Also, the lengthy stop outside the Moulin Rouge got a bit boring.

Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colors, and
styles which changes from one street to another. Ride

Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The
church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano
bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers
thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy

Not sure about the hop on hop off option, but perhaps you could ask the driver. We started our trip from Montmartre after doing The Basilica.
