A heart of steel - as the entrance or exit to a beautiful old town...? The sculpture itself isn’t very interesting, and the symbolism is hard to get. The area is nice, though.

Old german style buildings leaning into each other, cobbled streets, bars and restaurants and lots of moving water make for a very pleasant afternoon stroll.

Agree entirely with the comments of the last reviewer. Troyes is a rather large town but everything mentioned is in a rather tight area with the Cathedral being at the southern extreme. Note that most if not all of the Churches and the Cathedral close...More

Spent a good long while here. The sculpture is beautiful. We went there on a sunny afternoon. The kids played a long while in the fountains and we blanked out the traffic to enjoy the sculpture and stone seats.

Simple but pretty Lights up at night as a red pulsing heart I enjoyed it. There were kids hanging about - finding it funny to get in the way of the pics - it's a hang out point for teenagers. Ignore them and this is...More
