Built in second half of 19th century building overlooks a beautiful square with fountains. I especially loved flower arrangements in each window and on the balcony.

The building is fantastic, it almost looks new but you know it's not. The fountain in front of the building is also worth seeing.

If you are walking around the Old Town check out the Hotel de Ville. It is a very impressive building even if you can't get inside it.
