We stopped in Dijon during a heatwave and needed a way to keep the kids motivated to walk around the town. Downloaded the app for a few euros and it was perfect to keep them engaged and take us past all of the main sights.

We followed the owls trail round the historic areas of Dijon on a very hot day, easy to follow with a map even without the guidebook. Activity for all ages, recommended.

Our children didn't really want to walk due to the heat. When we've found out about the Owl's trail, we didn't hesitate and start doing it. After 5 minutes, they've stopped complaining and started to have fun. I recommend it for sure!

There are three possibilities of following the owls trail, a digital one, where you download an app which gives you all the information when you walk through the city. The second possibility is a printed version/booklet that you can buy at the tourist info for...More

This is a great idea and the perfect way to make sure you see all the sights of historic Dijon. I would recommend buying the map to follow as the app that you can download beforehand seems like a good idea, but when you can't...More

Wi fi in and out, both of us had access to wifi, but it didn’t work, we followed it for some distance, a hard copy that could be printed before visiting would be valuable

The owl-trail in the pavement can be followed by an downloaded app. This app and the owl-sights shows us the way through the town. You get to see more places than you would have otherwise. The owl-signs is a fun and smart way to guiding!

The owl brings good luck if you touch it with your left hand on the back wall of the cathedral. You can as well see it on the roof of the attached house. This path indicated by a metal owl in the streets, is a...More

Downloaded the app and map to my phone. Enjoyed the guided walk around town. Lots to see and places to visit. Also had things on the side to see and do as we toured about. All cities should have something like this!

If your short on time in Dijon, or just want to get a quick overview of what's to see, the Owl Trail is an absolute must. A map/guide from the Tourist Office (only €3.5) is essential and provides all the info required. The entire walk...More

Yes you can :) As Steveca32 and Paul B said, that's a street walk and you won't be allowed Inside of some buildings or shops.

Hello Paula The market is 4 days a week: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On Thursdays the market is inside only but the other 3 days it's spills out on the streets and it's truly remarkable!
