This is an inexpensive tour of the old bell tour with great city views from the top. Interesting history info posted on the climb up the stairs.

Good value at 4 euro entrance fee as you can see the original clock workings and there is quite a lot of info on the history of the town along with a video (with English subtitles). The view of the town, the main reason for...More

This visit could take from 20 minutes (if you don't want to look at the exhibits) to an hour. The view from the top is worth the entrance fee. The bells ring on the hour and on the quarter-hours and there are signs to warn...More

On a beautiful warm sunny morning we paid our 4€ to climb the tower to see the view. The receptionist was polite, but I thought that as we were the first visitors of the day she could have been a little more welcoming. However, it...More

During the visit within Dinan old city walls, there is no chance to escape watching the clock tower, a beautiful example of nice architecture.

Been up here several times over the years. And climbing the top wooden stairs is a little scary and a little incredible as you can see how it was pit together ca few centuries ago. before climbing through the trap door to the top. Where...More

Went here in October on a cloudy, dreary, misty day. The steps can be exhausting; it is not suited for anyone with a physical disability. The view this day was limited and the site was overrated.
