Arrived in Carnac on a rainy day we decided to take the train to go around with the kids without getting wet. The tour starts from the coast and then closes with petroglyphs. To enter the site of the petroglyphs, however, it is necessary to book a special guide. The kids had fun and we spent a morning visiting despite the rain. The Petit Train takes you on a tour of Carnac, along the beaches and to see the famous Standing Stones. It's keenly priced and is advertised as running every 30 minutes. It's a great way to see more of Carnac and getup close to the famous monuments.
