The hall is a beautiful venue and well organised as you would expect. Drinks are dear. Good acoustics for a poetry evening. The evening was a little heavy going - non stop poetry and JCC delivered at maximum speed, living up to his reputation.

This time went to see 10cc again. Great. This is such a wonderful venue. Of course, the drinks are expensive, and the toilets get a pasting on concert nights, but it's to be expected.

Came here with my Son and Daughter to see David Bowie's ex drummer and producers band, absolutely brilliant night, great acoustics, cosy feel about the place, seats seem to all have plenty of leg room, all in all a fab night even without the main man himself. 😢

This is a beautiful building with great acoustics. Have seen many shows here. Recently saw a tribute to David Bowie, excellent. Have never eaten here, so can’t comment on food, but interval drinks are easy to buy, due to the large bar and efficient bar staff.

I much prefer smaller venues such as the Bridgewater Hall and the Lowry Theatre. Not too keen on the huge arenas. Attending the Bridgewater Hall to see Transatlantic Sessions was a happy experience. Really enjoyed the evening and the theatre hall is comfotable and well...More
