Beautiful place to walk in the grounds. Would have been happy to pay for a tour of the house but only the gallery was open. Beautiful paintings on display and an interesting lego exhibition.

Lots of open space to kick back and have fun with the family. Take all your own stuff and have a picnic, play games and enjoy the good weather.

Go round the lake for a short walk. Walk up to Baggeridge for a longer 3.5 mile walk. It is cheaper to park here and walk up to Baggeridge than to park at Baggeridge. Visit the cafe by the golf course, it is better than...More

Entry to park is free but you do have to pay for special events. There is a car parking fee also which is fairly reasonable.
