To be able to purchase a ticket then get told half an hour later that it’s not warm enough in the screening for them to allow you in is disgusting. We said we didn’t mind as we’re ladies of a certain age but were then told an engineer was coming to fix it so they can’t do that. So the following week a friend of ours goes only for the same thing to happen to them! You’re either deciding not to show as not enough bums on seats or your maintenance is awful. Either way you’re not offering the films you advertise for those days. Do you think we’re stupid! Very disappointing and shall not be back!

Ticket collection from downstairs machines not working; long queue upstairs with only one person serving; indifferent staff. We were asked to wait to enter screen 4 whilst it was being cleaned. Cleaner came out and we walked in to be greeted by a very unpleasant smell, popcorn down the side of our seats and also over the carpets. The screen is quite small. We don’t come to the cinema very often and this visit just confirmed why we prefer to watch films in the comfort of our own home.

Similar experience to previous review. Bought tickets online for my daughter and her friend to see Louis Tomlinson film last night. They were refused access due to them not having ID and were advised to call Customer Services re a refund. I've called today and they won't refund. Been in branch to be told the same story. We've spent best part of £40 on 2 tickets and they haven't seen a film. I wouldn't have minded so much had they been offered a gift voucher for the same amount. I'm really not sure what ID a 15 year old should have if they do not have a passport. Staff and customer services advised me to get the Yoti app as ID. I have installed it today and guess what?.... it asks for ID to set up. Really not helpful. A whole age group of young people who want to access a safe place are being discriminated against because they haven't got ID- also future adult customers who potentially won't bother again. Really disappointing service.....

I booked tickets for £47 and on arrival they accused me of lying about my daughters age even though she is 15.
The so called unprofessional member of staff that checked my tickets said he wasn't allowing entry then his colleague let us in because they were more helpful.
We sat down to watch the movie to be confronted by the management in the screen and they humiliated us in front of the customers and all we wanted to do was watch a film as a family.
We were told we had to leave and were escorted out by all the staff smirking behind our back and the management were very rude and unprofessional and have no honesty or integrity and definitely should not be in the role they are in.
They also refused a refund.
I honestly can see why Cineworld is going under because they are employing idiots.
WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE REVISITING AND WILL MAKE SURE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS DON'T GO BACK.

The phone line don't tell you about a booking fee, and told me to buy family ticket when only three were going to go! This cost me more!!! Filthy seats when you had reserved them. When you complain customer services don't care!! This is from a first time customer.

This place is a great place to watch the latest movie, the prices for the cinema tickets are high compared to the Odeon Luxe Cinema which is nearby, the main advantage this cinema has is it central of the Telford Town Centre and has IMAX and 4D but if your goin to watch a normal film without IMAX etc I would suggest you go to the other cinema nearby to save money.

My husband wanted to see Topgun at imax screen showing so we booked to go this weekend. Once we found our allocated seating which I particularly booked prior to our visit we found one of the seats broken. Spoken to manager who did move us but to 2 rows nearer the screen. When visiting the ladies, there was no soap in 3 dispensers and only one out of two hand dryers were working. I can honestly say I will be maybe changing our cinema choice

The website is a joke, I tried 8 times to book tickets last night to see a film, I have a CEA card, and the website was having none of it. In the end I had to buy 2 tickets as a guest. Its not for the fact that buying the tickets financially was a problem, but you should at the very least honestly accept the CEA card. Just goes to show that cineworld is all about the money. That being said cineworld in Telford is a good place, staff are really nice, but everyone looks like they don't really want to be there, and surprise no management around.

Myself and two other girls decided to go to this cinema and watch the new conjuring film so we booked the tickets online no problem and we arrived on the day and showed them out tickets where we were huffed at and was asked to show our priority cards to which we said we didn't own one and they said well only priority members can see it at the moment and we said well we were unaware of this and apologies but that is not our problem your website let us book them. To which she accused us of frauding the website to get the tickets and was down right rude towards us and refused us entry and there was no apology either. After saying we wanted a refund she said we can transfer to another film which we agree to, we then tried to get food but nothing was available only bagged popcorn and bagged sweets and only pepsi max out of all the drinks you could get and again there was no apology. We walked into the cinema bang on when the film was supposed to start and we carried on to wait for even the ads to start for the best part of 45 minutes and again with no apologies. Overall just a poor experience will not be returning
