Challenging front eight holes followed by a far shorter ten holes. There is lots of water on the opening holes which can be very unforgiving. There are lots of par threes later in the round. It's a flat course but very enjoyable.

I played this 12hole course as a teenager and enjoyed it. Many many years later I'm back with my own kids. And it's even better. Better kept, decent greens and tees built into the mats (great idea). And it's cheap too!
