This isn't an actual distillery anymore, but the tour is very informative about how their whiskey is made, with a tasting at the end. Also includes a small bar area and a gift shop. Finding parking took us a minute but once inside, had a...More

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Aoife round the visitor center (be aware this is NOT a distillery tour but a history of how the product is made). She was well informed and spoke clearly. My only disappointment was that there was no option given...More

Went and got a tour of the original Tullamore distillery. The tour was cute--it's all a branded tour (not an operational distillery) but t's nice to get into their story and let them take you along. The tasting was three spirits; very down to earth....More

Did the masterclass session. Learn how it is made and stored to get the final taste. We received 6 tastings which were excellent and give you an idea of what makes the different types of whiskey. Really enjoyed.

A bit sad that this is not a "working" distillery. Tasting was a bit poor. Mostley films and more of a museum than distillery. Not worth the fee, €14 pp.

Hi, Yes the Visitor Centre is wheelchair accessible and there is a lift. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor. Enjoy should you visit.

Sorry - we drove from Sligo, not Dublin - can only suggest trying google maps for directions from Dublin - there are day trips from Dublin with various tour companies, if you don't have a car.
