Really nice day hike from downtown. Well-signposted and well-maintained. Only thing it’s missing is a Hütte at the top serving fresh pints to take in the view.

Ben Vrackie which means "Speckled Mountain" is a beautiful mountain range in Perthshire, Scotland. Though we did not climb the mountain, seeing the mountain from the bottom was a nice experience. A very picturesque area.

A truly lovely walk that provides incredible views of the country. Not a tough hike at all, but pack rain gear.

Starting in the morning with cloud covering the top of the peak, it was not certain that we would have any views at all from the top. After a tough ascent there was still some lingering misty cloud, but after waiting for half an hour...More

We walked from Pitlochry. The weather was fabulous - not recommended if it isn't! The path is clear and well marked with plenty of man-made steps but even so it does get steep and a bit of a scramble occasionally. But what a view from...More
