We have just been to Pitlochry visiting the area, purchased two items of clothing from this store, very good range of quality products and customer service was great.
The sales assistant folded my garments very nicely so they would not crease.
I was very pleased with the service I received from this store.

Spent a short break in Pitlochry . Visited MacNaughtons to find a warm cardigan for protection against the Highland weather . With helpful assistance from staff , found a lovely Barbour Fair Isle cardigan at half price !! Kept me warm throughout my visit , and I'm still wearing it on my return home

This is the second time we’ve been to this lovely establishment. The staff are so helpful and the stock is unique to the extent that we always can come across presents to buy or something nice for ourselves.

We stopped by Pitlochry for a short break. This was a nice shop in a small town. Friendly shopkeepers, Scottish hospitality and a great place for souvenirs.

Whenever I visit Pitlochry this is probably the only shop where I can say I always buy something, even when I'm not quite sure what I might want! The staff are well informed about their stock, able to offer sensible and helpful advice, and sell you quality stuff at a reasonable price. As I write this, I have just bought a tweed gilet that was half the price I could have paid a few miles up the road at the pretentious "House of Bruar", and I would say of better quality. If you're looking for good clothes (men and women) you don't need to look any further - it's not just a shop, it's an experience. And a good one. I'll certainly be back.

We popped into MacNaughtons in search of our family tartan. Ours is a very small and old clan. When the shop assistant realized there was not much on the shelves, she called the expect in Tartans and he brought his book over and we could discuss where, how and what price it would be to purchase what we needed.
We later went through numerous tartan shops in Edinburgh and none of them where as helpful or as knowledgeable as the staff at MacNaughtons. It is well worth a visit, not only for the touristy stuff.

I visit McNaughtons every time I visit Pitlochry as it's a bit like an Aladdin's Cave with lots of quality goods from cashmere to alpaca as well as pretty things for tourists to buy. They stock a great range of tartan and Scottish goods. It's always worth looking in.

This shop just kept going and going. It went from a nice souvenir shop to a clothing shop and had the best quality items we saw in any of the shops in Pitlochry. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the village.
