One of my favourite places in the world. The trail is neither easy or too hard hard. Make sure you wear proper clothing and shoes and you'll be set. Takes about half an hour to get up to the waterfall area. Gorgeous scenery and view of...More

I had read about this place and really wanted to go and it certainly didn't disappoint. The road is single track for part of the way and you park at the end. The walk is stunning, with little waterfalls running down. All you can hear...More

We were lucky to have a non rainy day! This walk was absolutely stunning..there were so many waterfalls all the way through. We walked past the steall waterfall and onwards further..great views looking back.

The walk to always seems longer than the walk out, and whilst I found some of the trail challenging, goodness me, it was worth it. Steall Falls is magnificent. All along the trail you hear the water rushing, but this is not the falls themselves....More

Really good walk, it was raining heavy but it did it matter- we dressed for the occasion!! The trail itself is sheltered for the most part, the path is tricky in parts and you definetly need to watch your footing. The gorge is impressive and...More

2 minutes after taking this photo I ambled further into the Glen. A friend had said it opened out into an area that you could imagine prehistoric animals grazing. I was standing on a rock when suddenly my feet shot sideways and I was on...More

Me my wife and 2 kids went for a walk there when we were staying in Fort William. Absolutely stunning views. Path was slippy but there were plenty of warnings before we started so we knew to keep the kids close by. The waterfall at...More

On tour, we only got to view from the scenic outlook but it's beautiful! We would love to hike in that area and saw several groups out hiking from the road. This would be a plan ahead hike trip but look like it would be...More

The Steall Waterfall is amazing and you can park not far from it, about 30min after you park, very easy one, too. I have only been there but I am sure there are plenty others!!

There might be some stepping stones in the river to cross, but they wew quite flooded when we were there. However you can watch the waterfall from across the river.

To my memory there are no barriers and I don’t think that they would close the park, which anyhow is small. Personally I would opt for the Lower falls car park and then move up early morning, as very near and flat land.
