This used to be a very hardly place to go too, we used it for play meets, it went downhill before it closed after new owners took over the cocket hat and turn it into a carvery, a HUGE mistake in my opinion, it wouldn't have taken THAT much to sort out the play area and have it as "parent supervised" play area. The food used to be good too, now it's just a carvery, my daughter HATED it. To be honest trip advisor should remove this from their list as it no longer exists!

I used to take my son Jason here as a boy, he loved it. Went back recently, it is just as good. Really good fun. Top attraction in Aberdeen.

Whilst staying at the Premier Inn (which is next door) we visited the Funky Forest with our family. My son and grandaughter seemed to have lots of fun as did the kids that they were playing with. However, we did notice the scarcity of staff in this part of the building.

I now refuse to take my child here. It was handy for a wet day or a play after lunch but the last (2) times we went it was progressively worse. The main thing is that it is filthy, and I mean sticky smelly stained carpets and play area. We have know kids to have 'accidents' of both kinds in the play area and since then we have not been back. It is a shame because done well this soft play could have been a real attraction for the cocket hat and in fact it just puts me off visiting the place at all. Sorry to be so negative but it really is horrible.
