We did about 3/4 of the wall and was an excellent way to see the city with great view of landmarks. You can get a walking guide but easy to do on your own. Steps down into the city so easy to get off if...More

Absolutely a must do. We self guided and that was fine but the tour we passed had an excellent guide so if the tour timing works its probably worth the £4. You could spend as long as you like on this but we found it...More

Joined the wall opposite the Guildhall and spent about an hour walking them. Many plaques along the way telling points of the history. The far side overlooks The Bogside where many murals can be seen.

We strolled around Derry's City Walls using the map from the visitor information centre as a guide, on a Saturday morning. I would highly recommend this walk to anyone interested in history or otherwise. I would certainly consider a guided tour as there is a...More

The Walls are easily accessible and enjoyable in many ways.I enjoyed the ability to look down on the outlying parts of the city specifically the Bogside and the murals. The walls themselves are in good condition and can be walked on all the way round.Great history..

The walls encircle the centre of the city so there's no specific postcode. Foyleside Shopping Centre is adjacent to the walls on Orchard Street, postcode is BT48 6XY. There is parking in the Centre and this might be the... More
