Great, friendly and efficient service. Good value with modern, clean cars and the app is easy and painless to use. I don't understand why fona Cab have been getting these 1 star reviews. I use them all the time and have no complaints. Would happily recommend.

Taken over taxi firms in Lisburn but won't work outside that area ie. Hillsborough, phone the office and excuses made saying that means there's no taxis available which I know isn't true. Wouldn't take booking and told to phone back in 20 minutes. I think not, phoned another firm and sorted within minutes.

Booked a taxi at 3 AM in order to catch my flight. Taxi never came and I missed my flight. When I called no one answered when I pressed to talk to a dispatcher. When I emailed they were “low on drivers”. Get the f out of here

I have gone back through airport bookings for the last week and there are none for 3am. We would need more information from you (pick up address, telephone number and name on the booking) to determine what happened and check that you made the booking with us and not perhaps another company. Got some polish guy as a driver and as soon as he heard I wanted to pay buy card his attitude just changed! Fonacab drivers do not like card payments being used, so Im just gonna use card payments from now on! there lucky we actually pay there wages and that's the way the want to act?, if it wasn't for us they wouldn't have any money, so.....

Thank you for your review and apologies that this Driver did not give the service that we would expect of them. As a company we encourage customers to pay by credit or debit card as it reduces the number of contact points between driver and passenger during the current pandemic.
