*Tours must be prebooked* Kingspan Stadium tours are fully guided and give visitors a chance to see behind the scenes of a modern working stadium. Covering all four stands, tour guides provide a full overview of the stadium from the historic Memorial Arch to the new public art installation. Supporters will visit the 7,000 sq ft gym used by the professional team, the home and away changing rooms and walk through the tunnel to sit pitch side in the dugouts. A unique opportunity to see the stadium outside of a match night, tours are limited to 20 people and are suitable for visitors of all ages. The tour can last up to one hour and involves approximately ¼ mile of walking including stepped areas. A wheelchair accessible route is available but will cover a similar distance. Parties with additional requirements are asked to advise of these upon booking. Tours run in all weathers and are primarily outdoor so please wear suitable footwear and clothing when attending a stadium tour.

Been here on loads of occasions with my father and mates. Brilliant atmosphere cheering on the Ulster Men. Never any issues, and you can indulge in beers the whole way though the match. Just Perfect....... “Stand Up For The Ulster Men”.

I did the Nevin Spence Tour with my dad (80) and we both had a great time seeing behind the scenes, particularly liked getting into the changing rooms and onto the pitch.

My first visit to Kingspan for a match whilst seeing Edinburgh win by a drop goal in the 79th minute was an amazing atmosphere. Excellent view from the stands.

If you're fit, and aren't bringing children, don't go to the stands at all The East Terrace must be one of the best places in the world to watch sport from.
