Can't seem to get anyone decent to give me information on when this playground reopens again despite all playgrounds reopening officially from yesterday. Trying to arrange a small birthday party next week and staff don't answer or respond to emails or voicemail and when I got someone answering he was extremely unhelpful and uninterested. Appalling service. Park is OK for younger kids. Nothing great but chose it as less people will be there to enable social distancing for the small birthday party. So frustrating that staff are useless and rude.

Decided to go for a stroll here and there was a playground which our daughter wanted to go to. They charged £3 per person and our daughter didn't get a discount. All that is present here is just a filmsy climbing frame and some swings and maze structure. These are rudimentary components of any playground, and we were quite surprised that they charged us to enter. Won't be coming back here.

Park is showing signs of being well used but with charging a thing of the past it is definitely worth a visit if you are exploring the country park

Took 3 children under 7 to the park, unfortunately it is poorly maintained, £2.50 charge per child - which clearly isn't put into the park. With others nearby which are free and much better like loughshore carrickfergus and v36. Will not be back.

Plenty to play on but could do with abit of a refurb in places. kept the children entertained for a while Think the council are tight to charge espcially when nearby V36 has much more to offer and is very modern, went there after cave hill and the children prefferred it and enjoyed it much more plus if was free unlike Cave hill so if i were you dont waste your money and visit V36 Which can be found at this postcode BT36 7LJ
