    A must see in Belfast
A very busy attraction, would recommend booking. We attended at opening time on a Sunday, it was busy then. Well laid out, the story starts with the industrial history of Belfast and carries through to the sinking of the Titanic. Interactive displays, a small ride and easy to read displays. Allow over 2 hours to view thoroughly.

    Very Interesting
Great visit with plenty of History. Learned a lot of Belfast history as well as the Titanic. Plenty of knowledge and the ride was good. Parking was plenty and price fare. Nice and warm inside with plenty of facilities and lifts. Need a couple of hours here. Thought the price was a bit steep though.

What can I say...this museum was well done. You learn so much from how the ship was built, the people that created it, built it, served on it and traveled on it. You can see how a passenger would have experienced dining, their state room and entertainment. There's jsut so much to see and learn. Even a movie about a diving excursion to recover some of the shipwreck. Definite must see in Belfast.

    Amazing Museum
We had a very short time in Belfast, but made sure that this museum was on our to do list. And we were not disappointed! How much time you spend here all depends on how much you want to read - you can do this museum in a half day so there is no reason to not make this a priority! The grounds are also amazing - make sure you go outside to see the outline of the two ships where they would have stood in the building docks. Perhaps the best thing about this for me personally was thinking about the building of the ship and the people in the community who contributed to its construction, right down to the linens needed on the voyage - most often we only think of the sinking of the ship, and this museum changed that for me.

    A day to remember
I’ve been fortunate enough to visit Titanic exhibitions in America but nothing compares to this. Lots of history about Belfast as a developing city and especially the ship building industry and it’s impact on the city Lots of interactive stuff, displays, and a “tour through the ship yard” on a gondola. For me, it was reading the desperate messages between the Titanic and other ships in the area which I found emotion. “QC……come quickly “ The cinema presentation at the end finished the whole experience perfectly. It was quiet warm inside even in December and I wished I’d not dressed for the cold. There are toilets in the tour which I thought was a good idea. If it’s not raining, go outside where the imprint of the Titanic and other ships are laid out as they were when being built. Gives a sense of proportion I was there nearly 3 hours but we didn’t skimp anything.

    Disappointing
Nice museum and interesting but not a lot about the titanic, very disappointing at this. Gift shop reasonably priced. There is a ride that we didn't expect which was OK. We went around Nordic boat which was good. If you are going to go thinking its all about titanic don't bother but if you are interested in history then go.
Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the Titanic Experience did not meet your expectations. Our aim is to give a full, well-rounded history of RMS Titanic and the city that built her, through different media and interactive displays and we find that most visitors enjoy this experience. We greatly value and appreciate all feedback received from our customers to help us improve the product and services that we offer so please be assured your comments will be taken into consideration going forward.

    Could be better
Have seen better titanic exhibitions…basically this is a lot of photos on walls (mostly of other ships) and text. Very little interactivity in the exhibition. Interesting history of Belfast. Very little artifacts from the titanic. 20 min queue for a cringe worthy 5 min ride.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent visit to Titanic Belfast. Whilst we do incorporate a variety of interpretive panels throughout the galleries to tell the story, guests also tend to enjoy our interactive displays, the shipyard ride, our glass floor and virtual tour which are usually the top-rated elements of the exhibition, adding an element of immersion to the overall experience. We greatly value and appreciate all feedback received from our customers to help us improve the product and services that we offer so please be assured your comments will be taken into consideration going forward. Excellent Museum
This museum is really interesting, we really enjoyed the history and learning. The interactive ride was amazing and I think some more little bits like this would have make the museum even more special. We really enjoyed it here.

Recreating a great ship as she once was
Titanic Belfast is a collection of artefacts and documents from the ill-fated Titanic, the "Unsinkable Ship." Titanic Belfast recreates the atmosphere of this great ocean liner, that foundered in the North Atlantic after striking an iceberg. The ride is also fun. Allow two hours to see this great ship as she once was.

    Great guide and itinerary.
The museum building was closed for refreshment so we booked the discovery tour of the area and SS Nomadic. Our guide Caitlyn was great. She was well versed, gave us some great insights into the history of the place and what happened after. The tours access to the hotel and former H&W offices lent a brilliant dimension to the experience, which really helped connect with the story. It was cold and windy but the tour was designed to give us shelter periodically. The headsets allowed the large group to hear Caitlyn even when we were outside and spread out. We look forward to coming back to Titanic Belfast to enjoy the museum. Great Job Caitlyn.

This has been one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. Do not miss it and make sure you do the Discovery Tour with Pip.
Pip is the shining light of Titanic Belfast. His tour was supposed to go for an hour, however, it was closer to 90 min and it was so interesting, entertaining, and emotional. Pip brought Belfast's history to life. His words transported us back to the building of the Titanic and he linked this to the history of Belfast on a broader level. It really allowed us to view this historic event in context. At the end of the tour I was almost in tears. It was a deeply emotional experience.
We then went into the multi-million dollar facility where the highlights for me were seeing the three standards of cabins, the surviving artefacts, the stories of some of the passengers, and the wall of passengers at the end.
However, the absolute stand out was Pip. Don't even consider skipping the tour because it is the best part.
And Kirsty in the ticket office was a gem, too.
Highly recommended!

An interesting and modern take on a museum. The coolest part was the end bit with actual artifacts. However, the galleries were not super organised and could benefit from directional guidance signs. You have to check every corner of a room to ensure you didn’t miss something. I’m sure I did. The plaques and photos are arranged in such a way that you have to be completely aware of your surroundings at all times so you’re not in anyone’s way or bumping in to people. I spent more time avoiding people and saying excuse me than actually reading about the ship. The narrow spaces are only aggregated by the confusing layout of the galleries. A lot of the interactive bits put you directly in the way of people walking and had no directions on how to use them. For the amount that I paid (because student discounts aren’t offered on weekends) I expected a lot more. A limit to the amount of people allowed in at a time would have greatly benefited my experience.

This is a modern museum with lots of slick video presentations and graphics.
However, this cannot cover the fact that there are precious little actual exhibits relating to the ship itself. In particular I would like to have seen actual (or even more reproductions of - given the fact that the ship itself was lost) items relating to the building of the ship. Exhibition focuses too much on the sinking of the ship and not the building of the ship which is after all Belfast’s main claim to fame with regard to the Titanic
Pricey for what is effectively a video presentation that largely focuses on the disaster.
Main pluses are the Titanic cabin recreations (although even then the 3rd class is not really representative of the dormitory layout) and the tender ‘Nomadic’ berthed outside the museum and which is included in the entrance ticket

The museum is impressive as is the building. So much information.
You could take a whole day to read all of it.
My issue were the crowds.
It was packed the entire time I was there. To the point that every item that I read there, was someone looking over my shoulder reading it, someone as standing beside me waiting to read it.
It was pretty uncomfortable
I just moved with the crowd

There was some sort of a trip on a carriage
Queued for that for 15-20 minutes
Only to be told – there was probably another 15-20 minutes left to queue
So a member of staff took us to another of the tour
When we returned again, the queues were just as big
So missed out on that piece
The museum is good
It’s well worth seeing
But it’s very unfair to have to compete with so many people
It felt like a free for all
I wouldn’t go again during the summer holidays
When we had the tour done, it was the same story queueing in the restaurant

The enormous crowds took away from the experience

But for sure the museum is worth seeing

Attended the Titanic experience and was not disappointed. The building is really impressive from the outside and continues inside. All staff were really helpful and certainly knew their facts regarding Titanic. This experience certainly made you think about the true impact of this disaster all be it so long ago. Would definitely recommend. We experienced no cues and lots of room to move around and see everything.

Good points: I liked seeing the artifacts like the life jacket and chair that was found in the water.

The rest is bad:
1. A gift shop? Really how disrespectful and unclassy.
2. Very racist staff, I asked a question and before I even opened my mouth he gave me a very dirty look. A woman near the Titanic ride also gave me a dirty look. Also on the subject of race I didn't see a section on the Titanic black family. How repulsive.
3. Didn't teach me anything I didn't already know.
Fire the staff. I find it funny how they gave me a dirty look because of my skin colour and don't look at their own lives. Your a middle aged man working at the titanic experince. It should be me giving you a dirty look.
