The Ulster hall is a listed building on Bedford Street. There are concerts of various kinds, as well as political party conferences held there. It has a huge pipe organ at the back.

Heard Kristin Bush there and he sounded great. Big resonant space with a huge pipe organ at the back of stage which looked cool when lit with stage lights.
