The castle was in a very beautiful location, not far from the main street. Worth a visit, but nothing too spectacular.

Parked near to the railway in llanberis for £8 that’s all Day price. All things to do nearby ie castle, llanberis waterfall ,quarrymans hospital all walkable .castle was bathed in early morning sunshine 40 steps or so to climb to top beautiful views

Five minute walk from the road, well worth the time. You can climb up inside to get a better view of the castle. Parking is available nearby.

We were lucky with the weather and had some fantastic views up to the mountains and along the lakes. It’s worth climbing the tower, although the steps can be tricky if your unsteady on your feet.

This castle was next to the hotel I was staying in. the climb up was not bad for anyone reasonable active although in March it was muddy. The view from the castle is fantastic. You can go inside to have a look round the ruins....More

Just a short walk from Llanberris, we love this little walk, although it could be tricky for anyone with a physical disability, as it's quite steep to get up to it. Nice views up Llynn Padarn & behind to the slate quarry.
